[Release Planning 4.21] Samba 4.21.1

Hi,

with today's release of Samba 4.21.0,
- Samba 4.20 has been turned into the *maintenance mode* and
- Samba 4.19 into the *security fixes only mode* (there will be a last 
bugfix release in October).
- Samba 4.18 is end of life now.


Samba 4.21.1 is scheduled for Monday, October 14 2024.
