Samba coverage on oss-fuzz (was: Re: fuzzers)

We added seeds, but the issue was that we didn't supply the coverage
flags as linker flags.

We now, finally have a working coverage build, with output here:

https://oss-fuzz.com/coverage-report/job/libfuzzer_asan_samba/latest

To improve that, please add:
 * better seeds to https://gitlab.com/samba-team/samba-fuzz-seeds/
 * better fuzzers to our build (eg more targeted)
 * improvements our code to not have impossible-to-meet branches
