Sorry, I think this only impacts backport work to Samba 4.10 which I
was doing. 

I need to parametrise the 16.04 image IDs here if I can't make the
14.04 image just run on the 18.04 host like everything else does:

In the meantime we have a freshly built runner which is a good thing
anyway, it catches up on a couple of months security patches etc.
