Samba 4.7 EOL/ Samba 4.8 Security Fixes Only

Hi,

Samba 4.10.0 is out now, so

o Samba 4.7 release series is *discontinued (EOL)*.
o Samba 4.8 release series is in the *security fixes only mode*
o Samba 4.9 release series is in the *maintenance mode*.

For your convenience, there will be a last Samba 4.8 bugfix release on
April 4.
