Deadlock detection on file locking is broken on Linux Kernel 5.0.x

Hello,

tdbtorture fails on Linux Kernel 5.0.2 which means that the latest changes to 
file locking have a regression.

So better don't run Samba on a Linux 5.0.x Kernel right now. Jeff Layton 
started to look into the issue.

I guess tdbtorture should be part of the Kernel testsuite :-)
