[PATCH] CI: don't use swap

Hi Ralph,

Just a reminder that our private runner on Rackspace still uses swap.

This is done through this script: 
https://gitlab.com/catalyst-samba/samba-cloud-autobuild/blob/master/gitlab-ci/get-docker.sh

I am happy to remove the swap setup if necessary.
