[PATCH] samba-tool dsacl set --sddl= parameter verification & integration test

Hi,

I have created an "overworked" version of the small patch last week (MR
!187),
addressing topics with not fully validated sddl parameter of "samba-tool
dsacl set".
This now resolves additionally the problem of adding an ace twice by using
SID instead of SDDL SIDString & adding an existing ace by combining it with
another ace into the same sddl parameter.

Additionally based on feedback from Andrew Bartlett (Thanks for this) I
added an integration test for the sddl validation.
