I tried kernel 4.20.4 with Debian stable (stretch, 9.6) and cifs-utils
from branch next [1] and ACL reading now works with CIFS mount vers=2.0,
2.1 or 3.0. All utilitis smbinfo, getcifsacl and setcifsacl work well.
I built cifs-utils by tag cifs-utils-6.8 and getcifsacl and setcifsacl
works too. Maybe, older kernel would be enough by I'm satisfied with
such result.
Many thanks for your help!
