This is not the only thing. We need:

* support for hosts plugins in nss_wrapper
* a nss_wrapper hosts plugin which uses resolv_wrapper

this way we don't need a hosts file but use what resolv_wrapper uses and then 
getaddrinfo() calls would go to resolv_wrapper which would go to dns_hub in 
the end.
