Guest access in SMB2 disabled by default in Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 version 1709, and Windows Server 2019 

Maybe good to mention this also somewhere? It will recudes questions.
Based on the above link, i can set, guest ok = yes, but still being denied access to the share by win10 if i'm correct.
