This seems a reasonable idea.  Can you update librpc/binding-
strings.txt to point at this so we just have one document, and ensure
everything has come over?  (It looked like it, but it is still early on
a Saturday morning...).

See also source4/torture/man/smbtorture.1.xml for inspiration (and
another duplicate document...).

Is there any other command-line tool that we both install and which
uses binding strings?
