Samba with MIT Kerberos and chgdcpass

Hi,

MIT Kerberos didn't implement krb5_cc_remove_cred() for several credential 
cache backends. That has been implemented by Robbie now and will be fixed in 
Fedora 31.

Samual created workaround inside of Samba for older Kerberos versions. Maybe 
he wants to create a merge request for that ...
