removing this from source4/heimdal_build/wsript_build lead to asn1_compile
failure,
including samba-4.10.2, samba-4.10.0, and samba-4.9.6,
logs:

source4/heimdal/lib/roken/simple_exec.c.3.o: In function `rk_pipe_execv':
simple_exec.c:(.text+0x44b): undefined reference to `rep_closefrom'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
