gitlab private runner with Ubuntu 18.04

Hi everyone,

The new ubuntu1804 runner is ready, with tags docker, private,
samba-ci-private, ubuntu1804-4.15, ubuntu1804.

I've triggered a pipeline to test, seems working fine:
