Hi,

with the release of Samba 4.9.0, Samba 4.8 has been turned into the
maintenance mode, Samba 4.7 will receive security fixes only and 4.6 is
not supported any longer. For more details, please see

Samba 4.9.1 is scheduled for Thursday, October 25 2018.
