Fixing up AS-REQ with SPN behaviour

Just wanted to give a heads-up about

The reason for the shout-out is that your names were on the KDC change
(4aab5ba2cee63dd021939a41e3ad23c49ed2f270) or the export keytab test.

The only thing I've not fixed up is the MIT export_keytab test, I'll
have a go at that tomorrow.
