Build samba on debian missing vfs_nfs4acl_xattr

Hai, 

I've builded a new version based on 4.8.6 with the vfs_nfs4acl_xattr.
So thank you Ralph, what was the info i needed. 

Rowland, If you want a version to test i'll send a link.
Its not in the repo yet, it finished building 3 min ago.  :-)
