soccket_wrapper and a threading race conditions on FreeBSD

Hello samba-technical,

AnoopCS, Michael and myself worked on threading support for socket_wrapper. 
The patches for that are already upstream. However we were still in the 
process of fixing bugs (thanks to helgrind).

In the meantime I have a branch with fixes, which also enables CI runners on 
gitlab:

I would appreciate if someone could review that.

I have also a runner for FreeBSD but it doesn't work. The nightly build on 
test.cmocka.org reported this already for a while. Anoop and myself found out 
that it isn't related to socket_wrapper. We can run the test without 
socket_wrapper using TCP socket and the test fails on FreeBSD too. If we slow 
it down with debug messages, it sometimes works.
