[PATCH] Skip non-whitespace control characters in tini_parse

Hello,

I am utilizing libgpo in some work-in-progress iremotewinspool printing
tests, this patch addresses an issue with tini_parse failing to parse
certain printer driver inf files due to extraneous control characters.
