Yes, it would, you should not use 4.8.0 or 4.8.1 to upgrade a Samba AD
DC, they will break it.

Not sure what you can do here as you have not only upgraded Samba, you
have upgraded your distro as well.

Normally, you would run 'sambaundoguididx' and then downgrade Samba
again, don't think you can do this here, unless you can find a way to
download the OS as well.

I think you will have to file a Fedora bug on this, the fix is easy,
they need to upgrade Samba to 4.8.2.
