[PATCH] use const string for smbc_setWorkgroup and smbc_setNetbiosName

Hi,

This is a follow up to Andreas' earlier setUser change
9f3151a4e240480f2ed66115314b2f19a06967bf . Both setWorkgroup() and
setNetbiosname() should also use const strings.

Please review / push.
