Clearing serverid database(s) before staring clustered samba

Hi,

I noticed that our nightly tests started failing once I upgraded the
samba version to 4.8.0.
The failing command was "net serverid wipe".  This command has been
dropped in 4.8.0.

When CTDB is going to start smbd, it tries to wipe the serverid database(s).
This was added to 50.samba event script in 2010 (commit df77489477f0c7f9).

Is it still necessary to wipe serverid databases before starting
clustered samba?
If yes, can we use "net serverid wipedbs"?
