Close all old samba "3" bugzillas ?

and just to give one example also:

bug report opened 2005 with a good patch attached. Left untouched for 11 years
(sic), then closed with the comment that this looks like it was fixed in the
meantime.  Reopened some weeks later because I saw that it was not fixed and
fixed it then finally.
