[PATCH] CTDB test cleanups

This patch set is the first in a series of (mostly) test changes to
support major changes in how CTDB is configured. Unfortunately the
test code, particularly the code for testing against "local daemons",
is full of horrible hacks (mostly done by me) that inhibit progress.

The main ideas are:

* Reduce the dependency of the test infrastructure on some unnecessary
  configuration options.

* Setup the CTDB_BASE directory in a systematic way across test suites.

* Drop some horrible symbolic links that need to be hacked during
  installation.

The first stage of enlightenment is only about 15 commits away. ;-)

This patch set depends on the previous one I posted. Yes, I'm probably
being too granular here.

Please review and maybe push...

peace & happiness,
martin
