[PATCH] Minor fixes and improvements to CTDB

Hi,

The changes include:

 - Fix build failure in ib code (noticed by gcc 7.3)
 - Update "ctdb shutdown" to wait till ctdb daemon shuts down
 - Drop "ctdb ipiface" command and related code
 - Make sure ctdb event/scriptstatus is run only with daemon present
 - Fix documentation for "ctdb ping"
