WHATSNEW: Domain member setups require winbindd

Hi Karolin,

here's a WHATSNEW entry, that's needed for the final 4.8.0.

This just mentions the fact that the fallback to "auth_domain"
is gone and winbindd is now required for domain member setups.

Is it needed/possible that we give administrators some hints
how they could update their setups for the upgrade.
When we removed "security = share" we added this
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setting_up_Samba_as_a_Standalone_Server
to the wiki. If it's not possible to give generic advises that's also
fine for me.
