[PATCH] Fix CTDB build with pcp library 4.0

Hi,

The new release of pcp library 4.0 breaks the build of the ctdb_pmda module.

Here is a fix to ctdb pmda module that maintains backward
compatibility to older versions of pcp  library.  If any one has a
better way of identifying the incompatible changes made in the pcp
library 4.0, please let me know.
