That link is the usual developer written gobbledygook, it even tells
you to read the source for more info. I think what it is trying to say
is, it allows kerberos to know who local system accounts are.

If this is the case, why ? 'local system accounts' are just that,
local.

Whilst I can understand that the case in the ticket must be correct,
what I cannot understand what kerberos has to do with local system
users, or am I missing something ?
