NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER return code in SamLogon

Hi metze,

I was wondering if there was any good reason that
NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER is returned instead of
NT_STATUS_DOWNGRADE_DETECTED (or similar, taking suggestions) in a
SamLogon path Gary encountered a little while ago (patch attached). He
was trying to figure out why he was getting that error code and it
turned out he didn't seal the connection, which took longer to realize
than it probably should have.
