[PATCH] Restructure CTDB event script directory

3 changes:

* Current event scripts move to events/legacy/

  The plan is to move most event scripts to events/service/ and
  events/failover/ before release.

* Event scripts have a ".script" suffix

  This makes it easy to distinguish between the scripts and options
  files that can be side-by-side.

* Move notification directory to events/notification/

  Notifications will be handled by the new multi-component event daemon.
