I'm nervous about the extra build option, but given accepting the
previous patches to support it, this is the reasonable extension. 

At least it bans the combination system Heimdal and the AD DC.

We need to, after the rush for 4.9, see if we can get the Heimdal
headers into the CI docker image and onto sn-devel.  That way we can
make autobuild at least do a build run this way.
