oh, come on, whatever you call it, this is definitely not holding Samba 
back. Lack of time and resources is, but not the term we use for this. 

Also, it eases communication if partys use agreed upon terms, and the term 
regression in software has a well defined meaning that happens to be different 
then yours. :)
