[PATCH] Fix build on AIX using xlc (bug 13493)

Hi,

This is another series of patches to get CTDB (this should help Samba
also) on AIX.

When checking for supported features with __attribute__ during
configure stage, xlc ignores unknown features and does not fail the
compilation.  This wrongly identifies the features as supported and
fails the actual build.

Please review and push.
