An idea on how to do AD IDMAP and POSIX better

I've been kicking this idea around for a bit.

I do really want Samba's IMAP and POSIX client user expereince to be
better on a DC.

I'm collecting some notes on the wiki.  Please don't make this a
bikeshed, but if you or others on the list have practical steps we
could take please fill it in.
