[PATCH] Avoid race condition in ctdb test

Hi,

The attached patch should fix recent autobuild failures due to
sock_daemon test issues.

To avoid such issues in future, Martin is working on a set of patches that
will avoid running unit tests with socket wrapper.  Socket wrapper really
should be used only for tests that require TCP/UDP sockets.

Please review and push.
