Please patch WHATSNEW for GPO changes

G'Day David,

I just realised when metze posted the rc1 WHATSNEW that you need to
update the WHATSNEW with the latest changes in how the GPO code is
invoked, particularly now we know what actually made it in.

(And for Catalyst I know I or a colleague owes a WHATSNEW for the
samba-tool visualize feature).
