There is a new pull request by sathieu against master on the Samba Samba Github repository

https://github.com/sathieu/samba systemd-obsolete-syslog-target
https://github.com/samba-team/samba/pull/120

systemd: syslog.target is obsolete
After=syslog.target is unnecessary by now because syslog is socket-activated and will therefore be started when needed.
