[PATCH] s4:selftest: explicitly set NSS/RESOLV_WAPPER_* in wait_for_start

Hi all

I'm not aware of any specific bugs this was causing, but it seems like a
good fix in any case, to help the splitting of environments.

Passed a private autobuild, though this was before yesterday's selftest
patches.

Review appreciated.
