[PATCH] Avoid replication corruption on the RODC

I actually never had that problem in production,but we haven't that many 
RODC in production either (up to now). We will start to deploy many more 
RODC in the next few months. So I was wondering if it could be an issue.

If it is really a corner case only seen in testsuite, then it might not 
be too much use to be backported.
