[Release Planning 4.8] Delaying 4.8.0 (?)

Hi,

Samba 4.8.0 is currently scheduled for March 1st 2018.
There are 4 regressions that need to be addressed first:

* 13185 ldb debug: prints binary data to stderr
* 13206 Unable to authenticate with an empty string domain ''
* 13276 configure aborts without libnettle/gnutls
* 13278	Winbindd (on an AD DC) should only use netlogon/lsa against
trusted domains

When the patches are pushed, we need to ship another release candidate...

Proposal: RC4 on March 1st, 4.8.0 on March 8th

But that presumes, the regressions mentioned above will be fixed pretty
soon.
