[PATCH] samba-tool drs showrepl --json

These patches make `samba-tool drs showrepl` provide answers in JSON 
format when you give it the '--json' option. Without '--json' nothing 
is changed, and to be reasonably sure of that we add more rigorous tests.

The point is to make more machine-readable output available, without
breaking things for those machines who are parsing the existing output.
