Future directions - !SMB1 by 2020 ?

I've finally done this. I've updated the wiki, wireshark code and pike
code.

The only change I found (but I could have missed something) since my
last work on this was that Jeremy changed SID marshalling back to being
variable length. (I remember it went from variable to fixed and now
variable again)
