Bug 11658 is closed as a duplicate of 13175 and 
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13175 shows this as being fixed and backported to 4.8.

The fix was merged into master as f93cc232377d4c686ac35ee5e14e798974bc0700 for Samba 4.9.
