Just a heads-up that I've reviewed

Once merged, Samba will use Python3 by default, and python2 will be in
the position of the secondary interpreter.  This means we will do a
build with it, and run some tests, but for resource reasons not produce
a full parallel build.  

Then we expect to drop Python2 support for everything 
*except the --without-python fileserver build* 
after 4.10.rc1.

I'm sure everybody has been paying attention to the great work done to
get us to this point.  If this is a shock, then please speak up now
with a rationale and alternate plan.
