Was there a mistake in the VERSION file when 4.9.0RC3 was released?

Hi folks,

I see the wiki says 4.9.0RC3 was released on August 15.

I updated my repo and checked out v4-9-stable and I see that this is
set in VERSION:

SAMBA_VERSION_RC_RELEASE=2

Was that a mistake? Should it be 3?

I notice that in v4-9-test that variable has the value 4.
