[Release Planning 4.8] [Release Planning 4.7] Samba 4.8.5 and 4.7.10 will be delayed

Hi,

Samba 4.8.5 and 4.7.10 (planned for last Tuesday and Thursday) will be
delayed.

Current branches do not pass the autobuild.
The new releases will be shipped asap after passing autobuild, hopefully
next week.
