[PATCH] samba-tool schema command

Hi,

Continuing my theme of usability I have added a patch for samba-tool
schema. This minimal version support showing attribute and objectclass
definitions, as well as supporting modification of searchFlags on
attributes. extensive --help documentation is provided for the meaning
of searchFlags.

As always, this comes with test cases and man page updates.

A future patch will support querying objectClasses for what attributes
they may/must contain.
