There's a closed pull request on the Samba Samba Github repository python: py3 port of smb module https://github.com/samba-team/samba/pull/147 Description: Change the api for 'smb' for python3 so that loadfile & savefile deal with bytes only. Also added a new test for smb module (enabled for python3 too)
