No objectClass found in replPropertyMetaData during make test

I was watching an autobuild closely, and noticed this.  However, it
isn't my changes, as it happens on master also.  

We should determine why we manage to send a partial object here, as
that isn't meant to be possible any more and can cause real issues.

Once we understand this we may understand some of the other issues that
triggered us doing the GET_TGT work.
