[CIFS] [PATCH] Multidialect protocol negotiation for cifs.ko

ok - renamed to SMBDEFAULT_VERSION (from SMB3DEFAULT_VERSION) and
repushed to cifs-2.6.git for-next (along with additional comment fix
from Pavel)
